Located in Perth’s CBD, the $500M redevelopment of the former Raine Square site introduces new office accommodation, retail and dining options to Perth. Raine Square is situated across most of the city block bounded by Wellington, William, Murray and Queen Streets, with the heritage Royal Hotel and Wentworth buildings.
Volume was commissioned to design the Hydraulic services and we are extremely proud to have been a part of this major project. The Hydraulic services systems includes all sanitary and industrial waste systems, Siphonic roof drainage systems, heat traced hot water supply networks throughout the tower portion of the building, vertical multistage pressure sets to eliminate roof mounted water storage tanks, duplication of pressure pumps and piping networks throughout the building and solar pre-heated gas fired centralized hot water plant.
