Located in West Perth, ADC’s redevelopment of the former Julio’s restaurant site introduces new accommodation and dining options for both locals and visitors.
Volume was commissioned to design the Hydraulic & Fire Protection services and we are extremely proud to have been a part of this iconic project.
To increase the speed of construction, locally manufactured bathroom PODS were used throughout the building.
The Hydraulic services systems include Siphonic roof drainage and vertical multistage pressure sets to eliminate roof mounted water storage tanks, duplication of pressure pumps and piping networks throughout the building.
