Project description
Located in Belmont, the redevelopment of the former senior citizens site introduces new office accommodation for the City of Belmont and community services facilities for the residents of Belmont and surrounding suburbs. The new building incorporates office space, museum, senior citizens, café and public library.
Volume was commissioned to design the Hydraulic & Fire Protection services and we are extremely proud to have been a part of this modern community facility.
The Hydraulic services systems includes all sanitary and industrial waste systems, Siphonic roof drainage and a low temperature, centralized hot water plant incorporating photovoltaic powered heat pumps.
