Project description
Quest Fremantle is a 4½ star, 121 key serviced apartment hotel in the prime location of Fremantle’s heritage West End. Volume was commissioned to design the Hydraulic services and we are extremely proud to have been a part of another QUEST Hotel project.
The development involved the partial demolition of the existing warehouse and construction of a new 5-level building incorporating 73 short stay accommodation rooms. The new building has been integrated with the existing 1920’s heritage façade and includes a gymnasium, conference facilities and retail tenancies.
The Hydraulic services systems includes all sanitary and industrial waste systems, Siphonic roof drainage and a centralized low temperature hot water system and heat traced piping network.
